About us

Hi, we're the family behind Pet Paradise Pets! We started this store because we got tired of cheap pet toys that broke in a day and food that our dogs and cats turned their noses up at. As pet parents ourselves, we know how much our furry kids mean to us — they're family.

That's why every single item you see here is one we've carefully researched and stand behind. We only stock premium toys, grooming tools, and supplies that are built to last, made with safe materials, and actually solve real problems (no more boredom chewing, no more collars that fall off, no more boring laser pointers that die after two uses!).

Whether you have a playful puppy, a sassy cat, or a senior dog who still loves to chase balls, we've carefully chosen products that spark joy, keep tails wagging, and make pet parenting easier and more fun.

We offer a full 30-day guarantee on damaged, defective, or incorrect items and are always just an email away if you need help. Thank you for being part of the Pet Paradise Pets family. We can't wait to help you create happier, healthier moments with your pets every single day!
