Frequently Asked Questions

What size balls does it use?
Use only 2 inch tennis balls. Oversized balls can jam the mechanism.

Can I use it indoors?
Yes — select the shortest distance setting for indoor use.

How do I teach my dog to reload it?
Start by manually showing your dog where to drop the ball. Reward with treats each time they drop it near the chamber. Most dogs learn within a few sessions.

Is it safe around children?
Keep children away from the launch opening during operation. The auto safety shutoff reduces risk but always supervise.
