Frequently Asked Questions

What size should I get?
Choose a size that covers the full exit area of your litter box. The 55x75cm is best for large or hooded boxes.

Is it waterproof?
Yes — the EVA foam is waterproof and will not absorb moisture.

My cat avoids stepping on it — what should I do?
Leave the mat in place for a few days. Most cats adjust once the mat carries their familiar scent.

Can I put it in the washing machine?
Hand rinse with warm water and mild soap. Do not machine wash.
